The global popularity of esports has begun to show in Finland in concret terms. In a short space of time, the industry has built professional activities around tournaments, team organizations, partnerships and productions. Elisa Viihde Sport has played an important role in bringing esport to the attention of the great people in Finland.

The Esports phenomenon represents the current world of work and its diversity. There is a wide range of talent in the industry whose professional titles we could not even imagine a decade ago such as streamers or professional players. There are also professions that are familiar to everyone; reporters, judges and videographers.

Elisa Esports produces broadcasts, tournaments and events for esports lovers. Since the autumn of 2018, we have produced thousands of hours of esports broadcasts, e.g. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, PUBG and Rocket League. Elisa Invitational

At Elisa Invitational, eight Nordic organizations fought for two places in the BLAST Premier Spring Series 2020 Showdown. Due to the corona situation, the four-day event was played entirely online. The studio and cast were carried out at Elisa Esports studio in Helsinki.

Elisa Viihde CS:GO-league

The Elisa Viihde CS:GO league was played in the autumn of 2019. The group stage was played online and the broadcast was conducted in Helsinki, Finland. The playoffs were played in October 2019 at the Grail Quest 2019 event in Turku, Finland.

Arctic Invitational

The Arctic Invitational was held at Hartwall Arena in September 2019. Cloud9, FURIA, CR4ZY and SJ Gaming fought for the 100,000 € prize pool. The broadcast was made as both; domestic and international production.


The final of the Finnish CS:GO championship tour was held at the Tubecon 2019 event in the Helsinki Fair Center. At the same time, the final served as a qualifier to the Arctic Invitational. Elisa Esports was the operator of the tournament.


Vectorama 2019 served as a qualifying tournament for the 2019 the finnish CS:GO championship tournament, which was played at the Exhibition Center at Tubecon. Elisa Esports was responsible for tournament and broadcast productions.
